  • Phil Tesler, President & Co-Chief Executive Officer, Enablon

    Philippe Tesler has more than 15 years of experience in the technology, risk and environmental sectors. He’s a co-founder of Enablon where he  leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and runs the company’s North American operations. Prior to Enablon, Philippe worked in the Environment and Services sector and was head of e-Business projects for a large multinational company.
  • Larry Brudnicki , Legendary U.S. Coast Guard Captain, The Perfect Storm

    He is the real-life Captain of the Coast Guard ship that performed two dramatic rescues during the worst storm in more than 100 years, which became known as "The Perfect Storm" and inspired the book that was on The New York Times best-seller list and the blockbuster movie. You have seen Captain Brudnicki on ABC, The History Channel, The Learning Channel, Discovery, The Travel Channel, and The Weather Channel. His presentation style is fast paced and interesting, striking a perfect balance between humor and real-life drama, as he tells a true story of leadership, teamwork, courage and risk management strategies.
  • Vijay Gudivaka , CEO, E2 ManageTech

    Vijay assists large global corporations across the world implement, embed, and sustain effective enterprise-wide EH&S performance, compliance, safety, and risk management strategies and solutions. Working collaboratively with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders across various functions in an organization, he co-creates robust strategies and execution plans to transform the way companies address the people, organization, process, technology and organizational change management aspects of sustainable EH&S and risk management programs. Mr. Gudivaka holds a B.E and M.S in Engineering and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has worked globally in the sustainability and EH&S market for over 26 years.
  • Taylor Allis , Vice President of Product, Enablon

    Taylor Allis is Enablon’s Vice President of Product, responsible for Enablon's global offerings.  He has developed organizations that deliver market-driven solutions to new and established markets for both startups and Fortune 100 companies.  Prior to Enablon, Taylor served as Vice President, Product Strategy at IQNavigator, a SaaS platform with over 2.5 million active users, and accessed from over 100 countries daily.  Prior to IQN, Taylor worked in executive and leadership positions for TeleTech, Sun Microsystems/Oracle, Ogilvy & Mather and with multiple start-ups. At IQN, he spearheaded a 3-year product strategy that helped the company achieve its largest revenue year in history.  At TeleTech, he co-founded a new cloud customer experience platform which was awarded six patents and has 17 still pending.  At Sun Microsystems he led a global strategy and competitive intelligence organization responsible for delivering market vision for future Sun roadmaps.
  • Scott Shaw, Senior Environmental Specialist, Sasol

    Scott Shaw has over 20 years of experience in the environmental field in the petrochemical industry, specializing in air compliance and emissions reporting.  Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State and has spent 22 years of his career working at Sasol.  In addition to his responsibilities as air reporting lead, he has also been actively involved with the Enablon software implementation at the Lake Charles facility with CH2M, serving as the subject matter expert for the Air emissions, Tier II, and TRI modul
  • Mary Gail Sullivan, Environmental Permitting and Compliance , Manager, Northwestern Energy

    Mary Gail is NorthWestern Energy’s Manager of Environmental Permitting and Compliance.  She is responsible for leading the company’s environmental programs and developing environmental policy initiatives. Mary Gail has over 25 years of utility environmental experience including establishing an Environmental Audit Department and re-building its centralized environmental function.  She is the project manager and sponsor for implementing NorthWestern’s first Environmental Information Management System which has been branded, “ECO System”. Mary Gail is a University of Montana School of Forestry graduate and has an MBA also from the UM.  She lives in Butte, Montana.
  • Kevin McKee, Senior Technical Consultant , EHS Information Management, CH2M

    Kevin McKee has 6 years of experience assisting clients with the selection, implementation, and sustainment of Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS), delivering solutions for clients in the oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, and energy sectors. He has experience with several industry-leading software platforms and in multiple Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) applications. As a technical lead at CH2M, Mr. McKee is passionate about delivering sustainable EMIS solutions by maintaining steady involvement with his clients, drawing feedback throughout the implementation to best capture his clients’ business processes. Mr. McKee is widely recognized in the EMIS industry for his expertise in implementing Air Emissions and Reporting solutions. Over his career, he has successfully configured hundreds of unique calculation methods, and he is well versed in implementing the most pertinent and widely-used regulations and guidelines, such as 40 CFR 98 (EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Mandatory Reporting Rule) and AP-42.
  • Jeff Gifford, Vice President for Health, Safety, Security and Environment, Genesis Energy

    Jeff is the Vice President for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment of Genesis Energy, L.P., a midstream Master Limited Partnership headquartered in Houston, TX. He has spent over 25 years building a successful career in the energy business designing, implementing, and leading HSSE management systems for companies such as Exxon, Chevron, and Texaco. His professional experience is both domestic and international including work in over 13 countries on 5 continents. Jeff serves on advisory boards for Oklahoma City University, School of Arts and Science, and the Oklahoma State University, School of Fire Protection and Safety Technology.  Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma City University and a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.  He is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Industrial Hygienist.  
  • Dane Cobble, Director of Consulting Operations, Arcadis

    Dane Cobble is an experienced director, program manager, business architect and principal consultant having successfully lead dozens of software implementations over his career while managing various burgeoning and high-performance operations. Just as he brings high quality programs, processes and systems to his clients, he does the same for the organizations for whom he works. This gives Arcadis an edge in quality, consistency and risk mitigation that other consultancies struggle to deliver.

  • Chad Schneeberger, Environmental Director, ONEOK

    Chad Schneeberger has over 22 years of experience in the oil and natural gas midstream sector. Through different roles, he has been responsible for operations, compliance, engineering and project development. He is currently the Environmental Director at ONEOK, Inc. which operates a network of natural gas and natural gas liquid gathering, processing, storage and distribution assets.
  • Caitlin Bergman, Product Manager, Enablon

    Caitlin Bergman is the Product Manager of the Environmental & Process Safety solutions at Enablon. She turns product wishes into reality through writing requirements, staying up-to-date on regulatory and industry changes, and communicating product direction with customers and the development team. Bergman started her career in the nuclear power industry, performing inspection analysis and risk assessments on high-energy piping. She has been published by the Electrical Power Research Institute on underground piping and tanks management at nuclear power plants. She has a B.S. degree from Miami University in Engineering Management.
  • Alexis Merydith, Director for Industry Solutions, Enablon

    Alexis Merydith is a Director for Industry Solutions at Enablon. Alexis has 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of customs and commercial off-the-shelf software solutions for environmental and compliance data management. She is an innovative professional with a proven ability to leverage software to produce solutions that provide visibility into environmental and compliance information for sustainability professions and that meet the deep domain needs of environmental and compliance professionals.  
  • Brad Wilson, Partner, ERM

    Brad Wilson is a Sr. Principal Consultant within the Sustainable Information Solutions and Specialty Global Businesses group for Environmental Resource Management (ERM). Mr. Wilson has over 20 years of experience providing strategic consulting services to the Environmental, Health & Safety space and he brings 14+ years of experience within EH&S management information systems (EMIS) development. Brad has a long history of developing data management solutions for large companies in multiple industries. His career has anchored around Sustainability and Environmental Data Management and driving value to the corporate bottom line through operational excellence. Specifically, Brad has experience with EHS IT portfolio road map development, EMIS strategic planning, gap analysis, software solution selection, design, implementation and support and sustainment planning.
