He has worked for several of the innovators in the space and has a wealth of knowledge and experience of how best to change from paper processes to more robust and efficient electronic systems.

    Nedra Kelly is an Operations Advisor in Upstream Operations, ExxonMobil. She joined the company in Long Beach, California in 1981 where she held a range of assignments in Plant and Offshore Operating facilities.  She was the Environmental Health and Safety lead for Colorado and also the Gas Processing expansion lead.  In 2010 she was appointed to implement electronic work permitting for the U.S.A. Operations and later transitioned to the Global electronic permitting implementation team for the Corporation. Nedra is currently the Upstream Operations custodian for the ePTWS software and subject matter expert for safe work execution worldwide. She is based in Houston, Texas and continues to champion the Corporation’s Work Management Best Practice.

Caitlin started her career in the nuclear power industry, performing inspection analysis and risk assessments on high-energy piping. She has been published by the Electrical Power Research Institute on underground piping and tanks management at nuclear power plants.
