  • Chris Joseph, Chief Executive Officer, Enablon

    Chris Joseph is Enablon’s CEO, responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, and the culture of the company. His top focus is on creating and supporting continuous innovation and customer engagement by leading Enablon’s global team of mission-driven technologists to always remain passionate about positively impacting the world. He is a seasoned executive with multiple successes in rapid growth technology companies, creating over $1 billion in shareholder value as an executive and investor. Chris previously served as CFO at Tribridge, founder and CEO at Mercatus, co-founder and COO at Integration Alliance, and as a venture capital investor with Wind Point Partners.

  • Taylor Allis , Vice President of Product, Enablon

    Taylor Allis is Enablon’s Vice President of Product, responsible for Enablon's global offerings.  He has developed organizations that deliver market-driven solutions to new and established markets for both startups and Fortune 100 companies.  Prior to Enablon, Taylor served as Vice President, Product Strategy at IQNavigator, a SaaS platform with over 2.5 million active users, and accessed from over 100 countries daily.  Prior to IQN, Taylor worked in executive and leadership positions for TeleTech, Sun Microsystems/Oracle, Ogilvy & Mather and with multiple start-ups. At IQN, he spearheaded a 3-year product strategy that helped the company achieve its largest revenue year in history.  At TeleTech, he co-founded a new cloud customer experience platform which was awarded six patents and has 17 still pending.  At Sun Microsystems he led a global strategy and competitive intelligence organization responsible for delivering market vision for future Sun roadmaps.

  • Tom Battenhouse, Senior Consultant, EHS Information Management Practice, Jacobs

    Tom Battenhouse is a senior consultant in Jacobs EHS Information Management Practice with over 15 years of experience.  He leads the Reporting, Automation, and Data Services Team which is responsible for delivering enterprise integrations, custom reporting, and cloud-based solutions to clients to enhance their EHS software implementations.  Customers include energy, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, manufacturing, and agriculture companies in the US and abroad.  His team partners with their customers business and IT teams to deliver solutions with long-term benefits.

  • Matt DiGeronimo, VP of Operations, Veolia

    Matt DiGeronimo was born and raised in Hawthorne, NJ.  He is a valedictorian graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Nuclear Engineering, and the University of Connecticut for an MBA. He is a retired Nuclear Submarine Lieutenant Commander.  In addition to serving aboard multiple Los Angeles class fast-attack nuclear submarines that spanned a twenty-year career, In 2003, he served on the staff of COMMANDER MIDDLE EAST FORCE where he contributed to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in a variety of capacities. His post-Navy experience is highlighted by his successful turnaround of three businesses in diverse industries:  a mergers & acquisitions company, a property management company, and a coal-fired power plant.  He currently serves as the Vice-President of Operations at Veolia North America where he oversees the operation and financial performance of 15 power plants in the central region of North America. Matt is also the co-author of the recently published Amazon bestselling book, “Extreme Operational Excellence:  Applying the Us Nuclear Submarine Culture to Your Organization”.

  • JR VanOrder, Digital Solutions Global Practice Leader, Golder

    J R is the Practice Leader for Digital Solutions at Golder. He has 25 years of experience across a broad range of topics that include software implementation, product management, and system integration. He recently joined Golder to expand their digital solutions practice with his knowledge of delivering sustainable solutions to customers globally.

  • Josh Kaplan, Senior Product Manager, Innovation Labs, Enablon

    Josh Kaplan heads up Enablon’s newly established Innovation Labs, responsible for exploring new emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to partner with our customers to provide innovative solutions via these technologies.  Prior to Enablon, Josh lead Product Strategy and Innovation at IQ Navigator/Beeline, a contingent workforce management SaaS platform with over 2.5 million users.  Prior to IQN/Beeline, Josh served as a Product Manager for a Chicago based online retail intelligence startup and as an Agile Coach for a Chicago based private equity firm.

  • James Jensen, Director Customer Success, Enablon

    Mr. Jensen has over 20 years of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) experience delivering compliance programs, permitting expertise, and industry solutions.  Mr. Jensen has global experience working in many market verticals including: Oil & Gas, Utilities, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Mining, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Semi-Conductor, and the Department of Defense (DoD).  Mr. Jensen established the Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS) practice at CH2MHILL and has significant experience implementing most EHS software systems in the market.  Mr. Jensen also served as an executive with Enviance and Perillon Software driving the professional services and product teams.   Mr. Jensen earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.

  • Fatiha Achour, Product Manager, Enablon

    Fatiha Achour is the Product Manager of the Cloud team. She is a customer-centric product manager with successful working experience in building products from scratch. She supports clients as they develop strategic investment plans for the future such as moving to SaaS while taking into account internal challenges dealing with processes and security issues. Her career began by providing audit & risk assessment solutions to help major brands and companies from manufacturing &  consumer goods industries ensuring compliancy and transparency on their sites and with suppliers. Fatiha has been recognized on 2018 by achieving the 2nd place of the Enablon Hackathon for the design of a prototype solution dealing with high risk inspections performed by drone.

  • Caitlin Bergman, Suite Product Manager, Enablon

    Caitlin Bergman is the Suite Product Manager at Enablon, aiming to make sure Enablon's products have a consistent look-and-feel and function as a suite. She develops and maintains the roadmap by staying up-to-date on market and regulatory trends, and through open discussions with customers and partners. She communicates the product strategy with stakeholders, then turns product dreams into reality. Caitlin started her career in the nuclear power industry, performing inspection analysis and risk assessments on high-energy piping. She has been published by the Electrical Power Research Institute on underground piping and tanks management at nuclear power plants.

  • Abbey Hesser, Associate Vice President Information Driven Performance, Arcadis

    Abbey Hesser is an Associate Vice President in Arcadis’ Information Driven Performance service line which focuses on delivering enterprise-wide EH&S performance, compliance, safety, and risk management strategies and solutions. She has a strong background in data management, reporting, implementation and organizational change management and has spent more than 10 years designing, implementing and deploying EH&S MIS systems and solutions in nearly every industry. Her passion lies in operational excellence, and she has spent recent years incorporating things like business process harmonization, organizational readiness, and organizational change management into the more traditional (and tactical) EH&S MIS implementation methodology.

  • Alexis Merydith, Senior Director for Solution Architecture, Enablon

    Alexis Merydith is the Senior Director for Solution Architecture at Enablon. Alexis has over 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of custom and commercial off-the-shelf software solutions for environmental and compliance data management and was formerly the North American Product Manager at Enablon. She is an innovative professional with a proven ability to leverage software to produce solutions that provide visibility into environmental and compliance data for EHS, sustainability and risk management professionals. Ms. Merydith leads the Enablon Industry user groups and has deep domain knowledge of the Enablon platform.
