    Marc Vogel has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years. As CTO, he oversees all of Enablon’s research and development activities and supervises the development of technical infrastructures and software. Marc’s experience includes building artificial intelligence software, operating systems and development environment tools. He has worked in the United States and the UK for several years.

    Philippe Tesler has more than 15 years of experience in the technology, risk and environmental sectors. He’s a co-founder of Enablon where he  leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and runs the company’s North American operations. He has helped Fortune 500 organizations achieve EHS operational excellence in a wide range of industries.  ERM is the leading sustainability consulting company in the world with 5000 employees and 150 offices in over 40 countries.
  • Tony Henshaw, Chief Sustainability Officer, Aditya Birla Group

    Tony is Chief Sustainability Officer with Aditya Birla Group, a premium global conglomerate with $42 billion in revenue and 120,000 employees across 34 countries (www.adityabirla.com). He joined ABG in 2013 with a mission to help the group formalize and integrate the principles and standards required to develop and enhance their sustainable businesses. His team of subject matter experts has developed the ABG Sustainability Framework of Policies, Technical and Management Standards, in addition to Guidance notes and Training Courses aligned with the International Standards of IFC, OECD, UNGC, ISO, OHSAS and GRI. Tony is also a Board Member of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, sits on the WBCSD India Advisory Panel and the GRI India Advisory Board. Prior to joining ABG Tony occupied several Sustainability and EHS executive positions at Vedanta Resources plc (FTSE 100 mining company), CEMEX SA (mining company), and Transredes (a joint venture between Bolivia’s oil and gas pipeline company and a Shell).
  • Pascal Gaudé, Executive Vice President, Global Professional Services, Enablon

    Pascal Gaudé has more than 25 years of experience building world class organizations in the software industry. He serves as Executive Vice President of Global Professional Services at Enablon and oversees worldwide project delivery, support and knowledge management. Prior to Enablon, Gaudé held executive and managing positions at various international firms, where he developed expertise in the finance, manufacturing, service and distribution sectors.
  • Mark Gallagher, Founder and co-owner, Status Grand Prix

    Mark Gallagher has worked in international motor racing for more than 30 years, 15 of which were in Formula One where he held senior leadership roles within Jordan Grand Prix, Red Bull Racing, and Cosworth Engineering. After seven years covering the sport for international media, he joined Eddie Jordan’s fledgling Grand Prix team in 1990 and later moved onto the team’s management board as marketing director. He became responsible for sponsorship and commercial affairs at Red Bull Racing in 2004 and took over the operation of Cosworth’s Formula One engine business in 2009. Along the way he founded and now owns his own racing team, Status Grand Prix, which won the 2009 World Cup of Motorsport and competes in Formula One’s feeder categories, GP2 and GP3. In Formula One he runs a business teaching companies key lessons to be learned from the pinnacle of world motor sport, working closely with 13-times Grand Prix winner David Coulthard. October 2014 saw the publication of Mark’s second book, The Business of Winning: Strategic Success from the Formula One track to the Boardroom.
  • Nicki Davies, Global Safety Manager, Orica

    Nicki is the Global Safety Manager at Orica the largest provider of commercial explosives and blasting materials to the mining and infrastructure markets. She has over 13 years’ experience in safety, health, environment and workers compensation both in Australia and in the UK. Prior to joining Orica Nicola held a number of Global and Regional roles at GHD, one of the world’s leading professional services companies servicing clients in the global markets of water, energy and resources, environment, property and buildings and transportation. In the UK Nicki was a member of the Safety Team at Corus Strip Products (formally British Steel), at the time one of the world’s largest steel producing organisations.
  • Yannick Danillon, Corporate HSE Manager, LISI Group

    Yannick Danillon has more than 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, developing wide expertise in the HSE field. He is Corporate HSE Manager at LISI Group, where he is in charge of monitoring the Group’s HSE Management System, as well as its HSE Excellence tools. He also assists and advises LISI Group’s Board of Directors on HSE Management matters.

    Inge is a founding Partner and works in Radar’s Belgian office. Inge practices risk management in the areas of consulting, education and monitoring & review. Her clients include governments, police, public transportation, energy organizations from the electricity, nuclear, oil and gas sector, organizations from the pharmaceutical and biologicals sector and fine arts institutes.
  • Christophe Lairy, Partner, Risk Advisory, EY

    Christophe Lairy, Partner is leading EY Risk Advisory practice (GRC tools, Internal Audit, Internal Control & Risk Management) in France. For about 20 years, working for different industries (including Retail & Consumer Products, Life Sciences or Mining & Metals as examples), he supports our clients to develop & optimize risk functions, tools and processes to bring more efficiency and added value around GRC. He is also our EMEIA Contract Risk Services Leader to assist our clients maximizing value derived from key & strategic contracts. He was involved in our recent international survey on GRC “There is no reward without Risk” that he will present during this event.
  • Gergely Jancsar, Group SD Senior Expert, MOL Group

    Gergely is Head of Sustainable Development Program and HSE Business Support in MOL Group, the Hungarian oil and gas company. He is responsible for data collection, trainings and audits of the HSE function and also for the coordination of the sustainable development strategy and reports of the Company. He joined MOL Group in 2013 as Sustainable Development senior expert and before that he worked in the sustainability and environmental advisory function of Deloitte since 2005. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Budapest and participated in MOL’s Growing Global Leaders Program organized by Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2013 and 2015.
  • Juliette Gaussem, Manager Corporate & Stakeholder Relations, GRI

    After graduating from a Business School, Juliette Gaussem worked for a French social business which first was not to make profit but to answer a social need. Looking to participate to an international challenge, she worked for the Impact Hub Amsterdam and then applied to become a “changemaker” on GRI’s side. Her main expertise is network relations, marketing and business development. As the Manager for the Corporate and Stakeholder Relations’ team, Juliette Gaussem’s first role is to engage and built strong relationship with the core network of GRI: the GRI Organizational Stakeholders. Part of her role is also to provide support to key GRI Regional Hubs (South Africa, China) and foster corporate engagement and fundraising. Her portfolio covers France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Africa and Middle East. Juliette holds a Master in Management from the Reims Management Business School (France) and the International Business Linkage Program Degree from Aalto University (Finland). She was born in Paris (France) and lives now in Amsterdam. Juliette speaks French, English and Spanish.
  • Marco Rocca, Global QHSE Content Manager, Gruppo Campari

    After his Master of Science in Management Engineering with specialization in ICT and Supply Chain Management (graduated with summa cum laude), Marco joined the Gruppo Campari’s Logistics & Production Planning department as data analyst. One year later, he was assigned to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment department to handle the implementation of IT tools to standardize, integrate and improve business processes. In addition to managing the projects, defining system requirements and configuring the solutions, he provides guidelines and trainings to the users. During his academic and working experiences, he achieved certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Internal Audit and Training. At the moment, Marco is responsible for the implementation of multiple IT projects with roll-outs in Europe, Americas and Australia. One of the last challenges was the Enablon’s QHSE Performance Management module, implemented globally in few months thank to the Quick Start approach.
  • Rebecca Sharpe, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Data Analyst, Olam

    Having completed her Masters at University College London, Miss Sharpe joined Olam’s Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability department to perform data analysis. She has been responsible for rolling out a suite of different modules across the multinational via the Enablon the Quick Start approach. Thus helping to further organize metrics to monitor performance management whilst increasing transparency. She has been a key player in managing the expansion; performing the configurations and rolling out via user training, technical support and application management. Progressing user training to set up self-maintained reporting systems both internally and externally.
  • Sadia Chaudhry , Business Analyst (HSSE), Shell

    Sadia Chaudhry joined Shell in 2006 as an experienced hire. I have worked in various IT supports and Project roles. I am business analyst in HSSE domain. Before that I have been working in the Chemical Application Support Desk for 4 years. I am passionate about understanding the Business needs, how to add Business value how can we as Shell improve our process by simplifying so that we can do better. I am always open to learn new things and help others to gain knowledge; I am keen in creating good Knowledge documents helping Shell to retain knowledge.
  • Thanika Amnuayskul, Business Analyst (HSSE), Shell

    Thanika Amnuayskul joined Shell in 2014. Prior to Shell, she has worked in various global companies such as Exxon Mobil, Ericsson, and Sandvik. At Shell, as a Business Analyst; Thanika focuses on value-driven project delivery, improve business processes and act as a focal point for the business stakeholders. Her education background is in Industrial Engineering, graduated her bachelor from Thailand and completed her Master of Science in Sweden. She is married to Jop van Hooft, currently lives in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
