The key to the success for SA Power Networks implementation of Enablon was the adoption by the users. Offering the unique perspective of having been on both sides of an Enablon implementation, Asif Sayed knows how important it is to have the client involved in the very early stages. The risk of scope come from “not knowing what you don’t know” and is mitigated through the early involvement of the client. It also means that by project handover, every employee and contractor knows how to manage Risk and Safety proactively and allowing there to be knowledgeable champions in place that ensure the field keeps winning.
