At the head of Verdantix, over the last 6 years, David’s strategic vision on energy, environment and sustainability has been recognized by clients, media and academics. He leads the Verdantix team to provide a flow of research that helps make our clients successful as they invest in their energy, environment and sustainability strategies. Among other accomplishments, David was previously Senior Vice President at Forrester Research, the NASDAQ-listed technology and business research firm, where he led the EMEA research, consulting and client services teams. He holds an MA from the College of Europe and a PhD from the Harvard Business School.
  • Taylor Allis , Vice President of Product, Enablon

    Taylor Allis is Enablon’s Vice President of Product, responsible for Enablon's global offerings.  He has developed organizations that deliver market-driven solutions to new and established markets for both startups and Fortune 100 companies.  Prior to Enablon, Taylor served as Vice President, Product Strategy at IQNavigator, a SaaS platform with over 2.5 million active users, and accessed from over 100 countries daily.  Prior to IQN, Taylor worked in executive and leadership positions for TeleTech, Sun Microsystems/Oracle, Ogilvy & Mather and with multiple start-ups. At IQN, he spearheaded a 3-year product strategy that helped the company achieve its largest revenue year in history.  At TeleTech, he co-founded a new cloud customer experience platform which was awarded six patents and has 17 still pending.  At Sun Microsystems he led a global strategy and competitive intelligence organization responsible for delivering market vision for future Sun roadmaps.
  • J R VanOrder, Global Practice Director for Information Management, CH2M

    J R is the Global Practice Director for Information Management at CH2M. He has a broad range of experience related to information management systems that includes product management, implementation and system integration. Much of his work history includes implementing commercial off the shelf software packages while working within the software implementation teams of software companies and consultancies alike. A central focus throughout his career has been combining technology and domain expertise to help customers establish practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Derek Przybylo, Senior Manager, EHS and Sustainability Services, Ernst & Young

    Derek has a decade of experience providing environmental management, sustainability strategy, and data management and analytics services to large public and private organizations. He has assessed, developed and implemented environmental management information systems and technology solutions for Fortune 500 firms. He has also assisted organizations with developing analytical methods to measure and improve environmental, health, safety and sustainability performance.  He holds a BA in Economics, an MS in Natural Resources and Environment and a Master of Public Policy in Quantitative Methods of Analysis from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.

    Howard Joyce is a seasoned technology and business professional with over two decades of experience in technology services, software development and SaaS solutions.  In his role, Howard oversees Enablon's global partner and services organizations, driving strategic relationships to collaboratively deliver value to Enablon customers. Prior to joining Enablon, Howard was President & COO for a fast growing technology services company that delivers on-premise and cloud-based solutions to over 3,500 customers across the United States & Europe.   • Chris Joseph , Co Chief Executive Officer, Enablon

    Chris Joseph is Enablon's Co CEO, having joined Enablon in 2015. After beginning his career in private equity, Chris founded two successful companies in the IT and cloud services space, both of which exceeded 100 million in revenue before sale. Before joining Enablon, Chris was most recently CFO/Chief Performance Officer of a fast growing, PE-backed enterprise application and cloud services firm and was COO of an international finance and accounting consultancy that was ranked #1 on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Company list in 2000. Chris is an active member of the community and currently serves on multiple civic and software/tech corporate boards.

    Chris Eaton is Director, Enterprise Risk, Standards & Assurance with Enbridge Inc., a leader in the safe and reliable delivery of energy throughout North America. He has a PhD in Risk Management from the University of Calgary and previously served as Director, Risk Management with ENMAX and a Senior Manager with Deloitte. Chris conducts research and delivers training to advance the practice of risk management. He also contributes to the development of risk management standards, including ISO 31000 and IEC/ISO 31010, and currently serves as Chair of the Conference Board of Canada’s Strategic Risk Council.
  • Steve Krile, Global Director of HR/HSE Process Excellence, Cooper Standard

    Steve Krile, CPE is the Global Director of HR/HSE Process Excellence for Cooper Standard Automotive where he has worked since 2000. His primary role is to work with the HR/HSE pillar on global process design, development, implementation, and sustainability. Steve believes in a whole-stack approach to designing a process which means establishing clear definitions, roles and responsibilities, standard sequence of tasks, key process indicators, and leveraging technology wherever possible. Using this approach, he has implemented global processes for Incident Management and Accident Investigation, Environmental Management, Job Hazard and Risk Assessment, Chemical Compliance, Ergonomics, and Compliance Audits. He has also partnered with the HR group to establish global process for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Talent Development.
  • Lai-Shang Woo, ‎Director Enterprise Risk Management, Suncor

    Lai leads Suncor's Enterprise Risk Management team, which supports a proactive program of risk management intended to enable decision-making through consistent identification and assessment of risks inherent to its assets, activities and operations.  Lai has over twenty-nine years in the oil and gas industry, working in a variety of technical and leadership roles in several disciplines.  Areas include traditional management roles such as leading cross-functional asset teams in Natural Gas and In Situ, functional reservoir engineering supervision, to roles creating new business improvement and reliability groups in Finance and Natural Gas. Lai has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada
  • Courtney Hall, Project Manager, ONEOK Inc

    Courtney has 15+ years of experience in business analysis in implementations of cloud and locally hosted applications, environmental air permitting and pipeline integrity as well as corporate and commercial training.  Her most recent role is as a project manager for a multi-year implementation of Enablon ESH software at ONEOK, Inc., in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
  • Peter S. Bussey, EHS Research Analyst, LNS Research

    Peter Bussey is lead Research Analyst for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and sustainability management at LNS Research, a research and advisory firm focused on helping industrial organizations achieve operational excellence goals. He analyzes industry trends and best practices, and advises EHS business leaders and technology providers in applying those insights for business value. Pete brings 30 years of experience focused on EHS management in manufacturing, consulting and information technology organizations. Before LNS, he headed EHS and sustainability go-to-market initiatives at SAP, the global enterprise software company. Pete’s prior industry experience includes EHS practitioner roles at Alcoa, and EHS consulting to Fortune 500 industrial clients while at Michael Baker Corp. and Arthur D. Little.  He holds master’s degrees in environmental health sciences and public management from Harvard and Carnegie Mellon respectively, and a BA in natural sciences from Johns Hopkins.  
  • Salma Kuri , Manager for Global Safety Development, Mondelēz International

    Salma Kuri works for Mondelēz International as Manager for Global Safety Development. She is the Enablon Business owner in Mondelēz and has been responsible for deployment and global implementation of Enablon since 2008 including rollout of Metrics Reporting and HSE Management as well as other parts of the application. Salma has 21 years of experience in Health and Safety as well as Quality Management. She is Dean of Health, Safety and Environmental at Mondelēz International University, also part of the team that coordinates Mondelēz HSE 2nd Party assessment program and OHSAS 18001 certification program.
  • Phil Casey, Manager Corporate Social Responsibility, Goldcorp

    Phil Casey is the Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility with Goldcorp, a leading gold producer focused on safe and responsible mining practices throughout the Americas. He has nine years of experience implementing and overseeing sustainability management systems for global mining companies, with a focus in responsible social impact and risk management.   For the past year, Phil has integrating risk management activities throughout Goldcorp and implementing the Enablon Risk Module.  Phil has a BA in Human Geography from the University of British Columbia.

    Michelle Hegge leads Suncor’s Enterprise Risk & Audit Integration Team.  For the past two years her team has been focused on improving and integrating risk management and assurance activities through the development and/or optimization of frameworks, requirements, processes and technology solutions.  Michelle has over 16 years of experience in helping organizations improve/transform their performance measurement and risk management processes aligned with their overall strategic direction. Prior to joining Suncor in 2012, Michelle was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Advisory Practice.  Michelle has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada and is a Certified Professional Accountant.
  • Asif Sayed, EHS Systems Lead, Wilmar International Limited

    As the EHS Systems Lead at Wilmar International Limited, Asia’s leading agribusiness group, Asif has used his ten plus years of experience and advanced analytical skills to implement EH&S solutions based on the interpretation of complex data. This has been achieved through the completion of Needs analysis, Requirement analysis, Workflow design and the Training of end users. As well as playing a key role in the successful implementation of Wilmar's Enablon platform, Asif oversees continuous improvement, training and end user engagement of the EH&S system.     Rima Campanelli is a Professional Project & Program Manager with extensive experience leading IT projects focused on improving business processes and operational effectiveness In the areas of Manufacturing, Sustainability, Corporate Functions & HR solutions. Currently, Rima is the Enablon IT lead at Mondelez International, one of the world’s largest global snacking & confectionary companies spanning 165 countries and creating moments of joy for consumers with power brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Ritz and Trident gum. The Mondelez team is currently working on strengthening their Process Safety Compliance program using the Enablon solution.

    Paul leads ERM’s Operational Performance integrated service line that brings together a deliberately diverse team of ERM industry executives, management consultants, organization design specialists, deep EHSS subject matter experts and information technology specialists to help organizations solve their most challenging EHSS related business problems.   • Lizanne Gildenhuys, Principle S&SD Systems, Maintenance and Data Integrity, Anglo American

    Lizanne Gildenhuys is the Principal S&SD Systems, Maintenance and Data Integrity at Anglo American and is responsible for the implementation of Enablon in Anglo American.  For 6 years she has worked with EH&S disciplines in a global role and assisted with the development of standardized processes to facilitate the delivery of an integrated S&SD Management System.
  • Beth Mueller, Environmental, Environmental Reporting, Westlake Chemical

    Beth has managed air and waste database systems for over 20 years, focusing on air and compliance systems for 13 years.  She has been responsible for two major implementations of EHS systems during this time.  She prepares air, GHG, EPCRA and corporate metrics reports for two facilities and assists with waste reporting. Beth was a paratrooper in the US Army and has been at the Westlake Chemical Lake Charles South site for 29 years.
  • Kevin McKee, Enablon Environmental Leader, CH2M

    Kevin McKee is the Enablon Environmental Leader at CH2M and has implemented Environmental, Health, and Safety software solutions for seven years.  Serving as the Senior Technical Consultant on multiple Enablon projects, his primary responsibilities are to help his clients fully define their business requirements for implementing EHS software and to offer sustainable and efficient solutions.  He has partnered with clients to overcome project complexities such as data gathering and management, data migration, verification of quantitative data, and effective delivery of end-user training.  Kevin has successfully established multiple best practices and processes alongside CH2M's talented Enablon team, which further strengthens CH2M’s leadership in EHS Information Management through project delivery and innovation.
  • Greg Cline, Head of Research for Product Innovation and Engineering (PIE) and Manufacturing, Aberdeen Group

    Greg Cline is an experienced analyst, consultant and business planner. As the head of research for Aberdeen Group’s Product Innovation and Engineering (PIE) and Manufacturing research practices, Greg covers topics related to development and manufacturing of products, sustainability, environmental health & safety, and operational risk management.   
    Previously, Greg spent 17 years as a market intelligence manager and strategic product analyst at Intel Corporation, where he provided market insight to senior executives and managers. In addition, Mr. Cline spent a dozen years at globally-respected market research firms, such as Yankee Group, IDC Government, and In-Stat. Mr. Cline began the first five years of his professional career as a software engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. Greg has an MS degree in Computer and Information Systems from Dartmouth College. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Maine where he earned bachelor degrees in Business Administration/Finance and Computer Science.
  • Stephen Rundell, Supervisor – Environmental, Safety & Health Applications, ONEOK

    Stephen is the Supervisor of Environmental, Safety & Health Applications at ONEOK, Inc in Tulsa. He has 6 years of experience in ES&H applications at ONEOK. He earned a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University in 2012.  His current focus is on integrations, data, and reporting utilizing the Enablon system.  Specifically with the IMS, RCM, and Waste modules and third party systems including Maximo.
  • Daniel Sakrisson, Program Manager, CH2M

    Daniel has been successfully delivering Enablon solutions for many years (since the onset of North American Partnerships). He is responsible for the design of many currently operating Enablon solutions across all applications within Enablon’s EHS Suite. He has received recognition awards from the clients he has served for his effort to deliver what they need in the simplest and most cost-effective way possible. His subject experience prior to EHS IM includes, compliance/permit/applicability management, air/water/soil sampling, H&S coordination, waste management, audits/assessments, and action planning.

    Connie Prostko-Bell leads the Information Driven Performance practice at Arcadis. She has spent the last twenty years helping companies mature their environmental performance from reactionary to regenerative delivering on the belief that environmental excellence drives shareholder value. She focuses on using information technology to embed environmental and sustainability objectives throughout the value chain and applying digital solutions to identify risk and opportunity. Connie specializes in stewardship and resilience, reading market shifts and drivers to anticipate change and innovating to capture market share.

    Johannes is a risk management subject matter expert and technical professional with over 17 years in a product and advisory services capacity, and has implemented over 30 risk Management software and consulting projects worldwide. Johannes offers insights and technical guidance to risk management software customers and vendors alike. Johannes has led vendors to leading positions in GRC analyst reports, is a PECB certified ISO 31000 risk management trainer, holds risk based decision making, sustainability in the mining sector, governance risk and compliance, and software engineering certifications.   • Patrick J. McGowan , Director of Business Development , BlueCats- Plus Location

    As the Director of Business Development of BlueCats- Plus Location, Patrick McGowan spearheads the efforts working closely with both end-users and solution partners to deliver increased site safety and visibility in the workplace as well as high return-on-investment applications. With over 25 years of experience in the Sensor, BLE, UWB, RFID, Drone and software solutions industry, Pat has been a key leader and innovator in connecting intelligent sensor network technology to the world of increased visibility and tracking across a number of significant industries. Initially involved with the founders of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) in the early 80’s, he participated in the formulation of a standards group that brought OEM’s and suppliers to the table to create a global standard of data interchange for auto-identification methods and hardware systems to communicate effectively. Working with the Department of Defense DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Pat helped supply RFID in the field in the deployment of Desert Shield and subsequently, Desert Storm. This was one of the first known deployments of RFID for logistics, let alone in the field of battle. From 2000 to 2004, he was a member of a team that worked with Palo Alto Research Center (PARC Labs) to develop multi-dimensional technologies to track and trace critical components for the automotive, aviation and defense industries in an effort to combat global counterfeiting. Pat was the Vice President of Business Development at the PARC Labs venture. Throughout his career, McGowan has lent his expertise to more successful Sensor/RFID/GPS/Drone solutions than any other individual in the global marketplace, with nearly one million RFID devices deployed around the world. Pat is a member of Massachusetts Institute of Technologies (MIT) High Tech Forum, a current member of eSix Sigma, and a member of both FIATECH and CII. Pat has lectured at Cambridge University in England on RFID in Materials Management in 2009 and was a keynote speaker in 2010 at University of Paris for the Global ECI Conference where he received awards on Best Practices with RFID in Global Materials Tracking. With his extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the increased visibility of asset and materials management marketplace, McGowan is a key part of the team at BlueCats-Plus Location Systems.
  • Anne Munaretto , Ernst & Young

    Anne is a manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice based in Chicago. Anne has more than seven years of experience working with global public and private companies to measure and manage environmental, social and governance risks, opportunities and impacts. Prior to joining the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, she joined the firm in 2009 in the Risk Advisory practice, bringing with her experiences in internal auditing, financial auditing and assessments of controls. Anne been working for the past two years on a project with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) to understand and address concerns that sustainability issues are not being adequately incorporated into a business’s risk management, decision making processes and investor disclosures. Additionally, Anne leads a variety of other client projects, ranging from assessing environmental, health and safety risks in the global supply chain to measuring companies’ societal impacts. Anne holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Illinois.
  • Dave Williams, Vice President, Industry & Innovation, SiteHawk

    David Williams brings over 20 years’ experience in product marketing, digital strategy and program development to SiteHawk. His rich experience includes working on projects for clients such as Bridgestone/Firestone, MSN, Vanderbilt University, Meredith and Google to name a few. His diverse work responsibilities across various business functions uniquely qualify him to lead the team which guides the design and evolution of SiteHawk products. Williams attended the University of Louisville where he studied psychology and is a Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
  • Eric Friedman, Senior Technical Consultant, CH2M

    Eric is a Senior Technical Consultant in CH2M’s Information Management Practice. In this capacity, he guides customers through the Enablon deployment cycle, from successful definition of system requirements, solution design, integrations support, implementation, and post go-live support. With a background in environmental compliance, Eric specializes in deployment of the Audit & Compliance, as well as Environmental offerings from Enablon.
  • Ryan Bogner, Senior Manager, Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Ernst & Young

    Ryan Bogner has more than eight years of experience with environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHS&S) and EHS&S management information systems (EMIS) and is a leader in the EHS&S MIS service offering for EY. He provides EHS&S advisory, MIS software selection, solution design support, implementation project management, existing system assessment and technology roadmap consulting. Ryan has extensive experience in identifying business process improvements, optimizing operations and providing solutions for regulatory compliance for a variety of different EHS&S programs including air, water, and waste monitoring and reporting, process safety management and personal safety programs. He has worked across industries, especially in the hospitality, oil and gas, chemical and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Bogner has worked on a cross-section of roles, from technical implementer to trainer to program manager, on a variety of successful EMIS implementations. As such, Ryan brings a unique perspective on what really matters for a holistic, effective system deployment.

    Shannon is a manager in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice. She has more than 13 years of experience in EHS and sustainability services, primarily working with chemicals, oil and gas, manufacturing and government clients. She has extensive experience in developing process improvements, optimizing operations and providing solutions for regulatory compliance.
