Vijay Gudivaka is Global Director of Digital EHS for Arcadis. Over a 30-year career, Vijay has assisted large global corporations implement, embed and sustain effective enterprise-wide EH&S performance, compliance, safety, and risk management strategies and solutions.
Working collaboratively with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders across various functions, Gudivaka co-creates robust strategies and execution plans to transform the way companies address the people, organization, process, technology, and organizational change management aspects of sustainable EH&S and operational risk management programs.
He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Engineering, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
