Andrea White

Andrea White is an experienced project manager and environmental compliance specialist with Jacobs. She is a recognized air quality specialist in California, as demonstrated by her leadership as the Co-Chair of the Industrial Environmental Association Air Committee, participation in California Air Resources Board committees, and local air pollution control district working groups.  Andrea is a registered Chemical Engineer in California and specializes in compliance with air regulations, air quality health risk evaluations, with a focus on strategic decision-making regarding sustainability and air toxic, criteria and greenhouse gas emission reduction programs.
