CGE - Connect the Dots: Advanced Barrier Management

Event Overview

During part 6 of CGE’s webinar series, we will focus on connecting the previous webinars with live assurance data and turning your risk management into advanced barrier management. We’ll recap building a bowtie, introduce LOPA and demonstrate how the bowtie can be used in the Barrier Management solution of Enablon for live monitoring. Then revisit how Audit and Incident data can be used to look at the long term health of a barrier, ultimately forcing us to revisit LOPA.

There will be two sessions to make sure there is a time and date convenient for your schedule. Join CGE on Wednesday December 9 at 9:00 AM CET or on Wednesday December 16 at 4:00 PM CET.

Advanced Barrier Management

As CGE Risk it is our mission to assist you in having control over their hazardous operations. We want you to be able to answer the three basic questions in risk management, using the barrier-based bowtie method. These questions are:

  • Do you understand what can go wrong?
  • Do you know what systems prevent this from happening?
  • Do you have information to assure they are working effectively?

By using our software building block BowtieXP as a means of analyzing your risk, you are already capable of answering the first two questions. We would like to offer you a perspective on taking your risk management to the next level by answering the third question as well.

Join our webinar series and get inspired on how you can achieve this and learn what kind of tools we have in store to support you in doing so. Let’s connect the dots by applying advanced barrier management!

Webinar Series

We very much encourage you to attend all parts to make sure you can learn how to connect the dots. But all webinars can also be attended separately. This session is the last part of the webinar series in which we interconnect all previous webinars – connect all of those dots.
