A New Chapter in Our Story
Opening a new and exciting chapter in the Enablon story, Wolters Kluwer’s binding offer to acquire Enablon was announced in May 2016 and made effective shortly after. In a recent report on the offer, independent analyst firm Verdantix highlighted Enablon’s “intelligent strategy and relentless focus on innovation”.
