Two weeks ago, . Yesterday an award ceremony was also held at . For this year’s edition of the conference, the Enablon Excellence Awards were attributed on the rooftop terrace of Chicago’s famed Harris Theater in Millennium Park.
The Enablon Excellence Awards recognize organizations that are leading the way in the industry, and that effectively leverage technology to improve EHS, risk management and sustainability performance, and enable operational excellence.
Award winners contribute greatly to the Enablon community and successfully use the Enablon platform to make a difference for their employees, customers, and the local communities where they operate. Here are the winners announced yesterday:
Positive Impact Award: Milliken
Awarded to the organization that has a successful use of Enablon, bringing direct benefits to its employees, customers, and community.

Excellence in EHS Performance: Koch Industries
Awarded to the organization that uses Enablon to successfully reduce their environmental impacts and/or enhance safety performance, and increase their overall EHS performance.
Koch Industries is one of the largest private companies in the U.S. with a presence in about 60 countries, and more than 120,000 employees worldwide – about 70,000 in the U.S. Koch subsidiaries are involved in transportation fuels, building materials, chemicals, minerals, consumer products, electronics, fibers, fertilizers and glass.
Excellence in Integrated Risk Management: Goldcorp
Awarded to the organization that uses Enablon to successfully reduce risks in their day-to-day operations, thereby helping to meet corporate objectives and enable operational excellence.
Goldcorp is a senior gold producer focused on responsible mining practices with safe, low-cost production from a high-quality portfolio of mines. A Canadian company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Goldcorp employs more than 15,000 people worldwide.
Excellence in Technology Innovation: Colonial Pipeline
Awarded to the organization that participates in programs where both the customer and Enablon collaborate together to envision, define, and specify innovative technologies that have a transformative effect.
Colonial Pipeline is an interstate, common carrier of refined petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel for commercial aviation and fuels for the U.S. military. Colonial is based in Alpharetta, Ga., but its pipeline system extends from Houston to the New York harbor, through 13 states.
North America Partner of the Year: Arcadis
Awarded to the partner that has played a critical role in making sure that the Enablon platform addresses all key client requirements and ensuring project success.
Arcadis is a global design & consultancy firm for natural and built assets. The company applies market insights and design, consultancy, engineering, project and management services to deliver outcomes throughout the lifecycle of its clients’ natural and built assets. Arcadis employs 27,000 people in over 70 countries.
Technology Partner of the Year: TapRooT
Awarded to the global partner with innovative technological solutions that has successfully integrated its solutions with the Enablon platform to increase value for Enablon clients.
