  • Phil Tesler, Chief Executive Officer , Enablon North America

    Philippe Tesler has more than 15 years of experience in the technology, risk and environmental sectors. He’s a co-founder of Enablon where he  leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and runs the company’s North American operations. Prior to Enablon, Philippe worked in the Environment and Services sector and was head of e-Business projects for a large multinational company.
  • Noelle Harvey, Sr. Product Manager - Health & Safety, Enablon

    Noelle Harvey is a Senior Product Manager at Enablon, responsible for identifying market trends from industry and clients and using them to inform the future direction and roadmap of the Enablon EHS application. With experience in complex enterprise EHS software implementations, she has advised clients on how to efficiently use web and mobile technology to address organizational EHS risks and how to measure the value of having those systems in place. She now works closely with Enablon clients, partners and analysts to understand where Enablon technology should be expanded to better manage EHS risk programs and improve the value generated from them.
  • Johannes Swanepoel, Managing Partner, Standard Model Partners

    Johannes is a Government, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) strategist and technology specialist who has devoted more than a decade of promoting and embedding the principles, framework, and processes as defined by the ISO 31000 standard. He has successfully implemented over 30 GRC systems, and supported management information systems at hundreds of organizations worldwide. Johannes has a BA with specialization in Risk Management from DePaul University, and completed his research degree program at the University of Chicago with a MSc in Threat and Response Management. Johannes serves as Managing Partner at Standard Model where he works daily with his team of GRC subject matter experts to help define and grow the GRC market.

    Consulting Partner with eighteen years’ industry and consulting experience across the UK and Australia. Industry expertise includes Oil & Gas (LNG): Upstream, Downstream, Consumer Products/FMCG, Distribution, Food & Beverage, Energy & Utilities (Generation, Distribution, Retail, Water). Specialties include: Business-IT alignment, IT strategy definition, strategic planning, application portfolio management, IT sourcing, technology selection, project & programme management, IT architecture, IT operating model & organisation design, IT service management, new technology adoption, innovation management, and Information Management.
  • Wayne Charlton, Security & Emergency Management Specialist, Melbourne Water

    Wayne Charlton is the Security & Emergency Management Specialist for Melbourne Water, and has been with the organisation since 1999. His role covers areas as diverse as emergency management training and response, physical security, incident reporting and trending, and business continuity management. He is currently one of a number of administrators of the Enablon system within Melbourne Water, and was heavily involved in the system customisation and implementation in the business during 2015 and 2016. Wayne has over 20 years experience in the water industry, spanning civil construction and project management, capital program management and governance roles. He is a civil engineer holding a BEng(Civil) from Swinburne University of Technology, and an MBA(TechMgt) from Deakin University.  
  • Tony Higgins, Risk, Insurance and Compliance Manager, Melbourne Water

    Tony Higgins is the Manager of Risk, Insurance and Compliance within Melbourne Water and has been with the organisation since 2014.  Tony has oversight of a number of functions including Risk Management, Security and Emergency Management, Insurance, Compliance, Quality Management and Information Management.   Tony previously worked as a risk management and fraud consultant within Canberra and London.   Tony is the current business owner of Enablon and selected the product in 2014 to deliver risk and event management, and is currently overseeing the implementation of the compliance and audit modules.
  • Taze Young, Group Risk & Insurance Analyst, LendLease

    Taze Young has been working for Lendlease for 12 years in the the ICT and Risk & Insurance functions over that time. At Lendlease, he manages the Enablon platform specifically for the risk and compliance applications and works closely with other functions, regions and business units in their risk management system and reporting requirements. Taze also manages global risk and compliance obligations of the organisation, particularly in the Enablon platform. In addition to his risk management responsibilities, he also manages the insurance technical and reporting environments within Lendlease.
