    Chris Eaton is Director, Enterprise Risk Management with Enbridge Inc., a leader in the safe and reliable delivery of energy throughout North America. In 2015, he earned a PhD in Risk Management from the University of Calgary. He was previously Director, Risk Management with ENMAX and a Senior Manager with Deloitte. Chris presents and publishes research and develops and delivers courses to advance risk management practices. He contributes to the development of risk management standards, including ISO 31000 and IEC/ISO 31010, and currently serves as Chair of the Conference Board of Canada’s Strategic Risk Council.
  • Philippe Tesler, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Enablon North America

    Philippe Tesler has more than 15 years of experience in the technology, risk and environmental sectors. He’s a co-founder of Enablon where he  leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and runs the company’s North American operations. Prior to Enablon, Philippe worked in the Environment and Services sector and was head of e-Business projects for a large multinational company.
  • Anna Clark, President, EarthPeople Media

    Anna Clark is the president of EarthPeople Media, a strategic communication firm focused on CSR, EHS, sustainability and social innovation. Since 2005, her firm has served start-ups, mid-sized enterprises, Fortune 500s and NGOs, including a division of the World Bank. An independent journalist, Anna’s voice has appeared in Huffington Post, Greenbiz.com, Guardian Sustainable Business, Al Jazeera English and The Dallas Morning News. She lives with her family in Dallas in one of Texas’ first residences to earn Platinum LEED certification from the US Green Building Council.
  • Vijay Gudivaka , CEO, E2 ManageTech

    Vijay assists large global corporations across the world implement, embed, and sustain effective enterprise-wide EH&S performance, compliance, safety, and risk management strategies and solutions. Working collaboratively with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders across various functions in an organization, he co-creates robust strategies and execution plans to transform the way companies address the people, organization, process, technology and organizational change management aspects of sustainable EH&S and risk management programs. Mr. Gudivaka holds a B.E and M.S in Engineering and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has worked globally in the sustainability and EH&S market for over 26 years.
  • Tracy Woo, Product Innovation and Engineering (PIE) and Manufacturing research, Aberdeen Group

    Tracy Woo is the head of research for Aberdeen Group’s Product Innovation and Engineering (PIE) and Manufacturing research practices. She covers topics related to the development process, from concept to design release and production, to ensure the success of today’s complex products. These topics range from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PCB design, systems engineering, simulation, embedded systems, design for manufacturability, manufacturing operations management (MOM), manufacturing execution systems (MES), quality management, environmental, health, and safety, asset performance management, and operational risk management. Tracy was previously a senior electrical engineer at a major lighting company doing switch mode power supply design. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
  • Tim Gordon, Executive Director of Environment, Health & Safety , Tenneco, Inc.

    Tim Gordon is the Executive Director of Environment, Health & Safety for Tenneco, Inc. and has been with the Tenneco organization since 1990. Currently he is the senior corporate EHS leader with international responsibility for overall direction and improvement strategies. He has 38 years’ experience as an industrial hygienist, safety professional, and environmental manager. His experience includes serving as a compliance officer for Virginia OSHA, Industrial Hygiene Manager for Columbia University, and several EH&S consulting firms. He is a CIH and a CSP. He has a BS degree from Memphis State University (1978) and a Masters degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University (1989). In 2012 he began work towards identifying a global EHS information management system for Tenneco. He selected Enablon as the solution in 2013. Currently the system is in the final phase of implementation with full adoption by all operations by January 1, 2017.
  • Terry Mors , Partner, ERM

    Mr. Terry Mors is a Principal Consultant with ERM. Mr. Mors has more than 36 years of experience providing environmental, health and safety, and product quality support for clients in the automotive, chemical, electronic, metals, mining, and service industries. Mr. Mors’ expertise includes working with senior management to lead their organization as they implement new management systems, or improve existing systems to gain greater effectiveness and provide greater value. Mr. Mors conducts management system audits, identifying strengths and weaknesses within these audited organizations. He also conducts training, including implementation training, internal auditor training, problem solving training, and other organization-specific training. Mr. Mors’ management systems experience includes environmental, health and safety, and product quality standards (e.g., ISO 14001, RCMS and RC14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, and ISO/TS 16949).
  • Tabitha Laser, Health & Safety Business Solutions Leader, CH2M

    Tabitha is currently the Health and Safety Business Solutions Leader with CH2M. She is a CSP, who holds a M.S. in safety management, and a B.S. in industrial and behavioral safety management from Central Missouri State University, has presented at numerous forums including the past two national ASSE conferences, is a member of W.I.S.E., and was recognized as a Woman in Biofuels Groundbreaker by Ethanol Producers Magazine in 2012. For 21 years Tabitha has held EHS leadership roles with BP, ServiceMaster, 3M, General Mills, Charter Communications, and various other sectors including construction, manufacturing, medical, and agricultural.
  • Salma Kuri , Manager for Global Safety Development, Mondelēz International

    Salma Kuri works for Mondelēz International as Manager for Global Safety Development. She is the Enablon Business owner in Mondelēz and has been responsible for deployment and global implementation of Enablon since 2008 including rollout of Metrics Reporting and HSE Management as well as other parts of the application. Salma has 20 years of experience in Health and Safety as well as Quality Management. She is Dean of Health, Safety and Environmental at Mondelēz International University, also part of the team that coordinates Mondelēz HSE 2nd Party assessment program and OHSAS 18001 certification program.
  • Ryan Bogner, Manager, Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Ernst & Young

    Ryan Bogner has more than seven years of experience with environmental, health, safety and sustainability (EHS&S) and EHS&S management information systems (EMIS) and is a leader in the EHS&S MIS service offering for EY. He provides EHS&S advisory, MIS software selection, solution design support, implementation project management, existing system assessment and technology roadmap consulting. Ryan has extensive experience in identifying business process improvements, optimizing operations and providing solutions for regulatory compliance for a variety of different EHS&S programs including air, water, and waste monitoring and reporting, process safety management and personal safety programs. He has worked across industries, especially in the hospitality, oil and gas, chemical and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Bogner has worked on a cross-section of roles, from technical implementer to trainer to program manager, on a variety of successful EMIS implementations. As such, Ryan brings a unique perspective on what really matters for a holistic, effective system deployment.
  • Paul Rosner, Managing Partner, ERM Information Solutions

    Mr. Rosner leads ERM’s global Sustainability Information Solutions group and is a member of ERM’s Senior Leadership Team. His background includes over 25 years of experience in information technology strategy, planning, implementation and support.  He has planned and successfully executed some of the world’s largest, most complex transformations. He currently focuses on further developing ERM’s SIS practice while helping client’s take advantage of the full range of ERM services and coaching them toward long-term sustainable solutions. Prior to joining ERM, Paul led PwC’s US Technology Consulting practice for Energy.  He is a former CIO and Corporate Vice President of Business systems for BHP Billiton. Prior to that he led Hewlett-Packard’s SAP Consulting Practice for the Americas, was a key transformation Executive at General Motors and has held important roles at Deloitte Consulting, Rockwell International and Westinghouse. He currently serves as an advisor to several technology firms and provides coaching to CIOs across the country. A native of Houston, TX, Paul has a B.S. in Computer Science from Point Park University and has completed several post-graduate leadership programs from Pitt and Carnegie-Mellon.
  • Noelle Harvey, Sr. Product Manager - Health & Safety, Enablon

    Noelle Harvey is a Senior Product Manager at Enablon, responsible for identifying market trends from industry and clients and using them to inform the future direction and roadmap of the Enablon EHS application. With experience in complex enterprise EHS software implementations, she has advised clients on how to efficiently use web and mobile technology to address organizational EHS risks and how to measure the value of having those systems in place. She now works closely with Enablon clients, partners and analysts to understand where Enablon technology should be expanded to better manage EHS risk programs and improve the value generated from them.
  • Marc Chabot , Managing Director - Environmental Commercial Sector , CH2M

    Marc Chabot is a highly versatile executive with a strong track record of working across global organizations to achieve business goals. Throughout his 20 year career, he has demonstrated a professional flexibility by performing roles across the technical, project delivery, operational, sales, and corporate leadership spectrum. Mr. Chabot has delivered services to Government, Energy and Industrial clients globally. As the Managing Director of the Environmental and Nuclear Business Group’s Commercial Sector at CH2M HILL, he leads and manages the group’s environmental services for all commercial, U.S. non-Fed. and international government clients. The Commercial Sector represents over $500M of gross revenue for CH2M with over 1600 employees globally.
  • Lisa Detlefsen, Global EHS Analyst, Tenneco, Inc.

    Lisa Detlefsen is the Global EHS Analyst for Tenneco, Inc. and has been with the Tenneco organization since 1994. From 1994-2000 she was the Senior Environmental Engineer for one of the largest Aftermarket Production facilities in North America. Projects ranged from Superfund project management to ISO14001 implementation. In 2000, her role expanded to Regional EHS Manager assisting six other production locations in North America involving overall direction and improvement strategies for EHS processes. Currently, as the Global EHS Analyst she is responsible for the successful implementation of the Enablon EHS software in Tenneco’s global operations. She has over 27 years of experience in the EHS field of consulting, environmental engineering, and safety management. She holds a professional engineering license in environmental engineering, a BS degree in Environmental Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, a BS degree in Chemistry from Nebraska Wesleyan University, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Phoenix.
  • Lee Slusher, Senior Environmental Engineer, Milliken & Company

    Lee Slusher is a Senior Environmental Engineer in Milliken & Company’s Corporate Environmental Department. He has been with Milliken & Company since 2000 and has been in the Corporate Environmental Department since 2005. He is currently responsible for overseeing Milliken’s corporate environmental management system and providing environmental compliance support to over 35 manufacturing locations worldwide. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and is a registered Professional Engineer. Milliken & Company began implementing the Enablon solution in October 2015 and has completed QuickStart deployment of the Incident Management System and Metrics. Deployment of the Audits module is expected to be complete in September of 2016.
  • Kevin Gerla, Manager, Regulatory Compliance, Enbridge Pipelines Inc.

    Currently based in Calgary, Alberta, Kevin has held regulatory compliance roles with Enbridge for 10 years following 8 years with Canada’s national energy regulator, the National Energy Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental systems engineering and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. Away from work Kevin puts his compliance and ethics skills to the test as president of Calgary West Little League.
  • Jordan Wurtz, Senior Advisor Regulatory Compliance, Enbridge Pipelines Inc.

    Jordan is a Senior Advisor within the Regulatory Compliance team at Enbridge. He has over 10 years of experience in the public and private sector. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in management and is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
  • John Swanke, Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety Program and Project Manager, Micron

    John Swanke is the Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety Program and Project Manager for Micron and has been with Micron since 2000. John is currently the Corporate EHS portfolio manager responsible for driving Micron’s overall Enablon implementation with sustaining and adapting global EHS business processes and metrics. He has 24 years’ experience as a facilities designer, facilities coordinator, facilities manager, and EHS professional. John is a veteran of the US Air Force and Idaho Air National Guard. He has also led facilities, manufacturing, and EHS teams and cross-functional groups in the United States and Singapore. He has a AS degree from ITT Technical Institute (1998), a BS degree from George Fox University (2008), and a graduate certification in Facilities Management from the University of Washington (2010). Micron EHS leadership selected Enablon as the solution in 2015. Currently the system is in the final phase of implementing Micron’s first module in Compliance Management with activities and planning beginning for the second module, Incident Management.
  • John Dony, Director, Campbell Institute, National Safety Council

    John Dony is the Director of the Campbell Institute. In this role, he sets Institute vision and strategy and develops leading-edge research, event, partnership, and outreach initiatives. John works closely with EHS&S, operations, and thought leaders at over 40 member organizations and partners to share best practices and lessons learned around the world. John also serves as the Director of EHS&S at the National Safety Council. In this role, he is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the Council’s EHS&S management system and associated programs, supporting approximately 500 employees in the United States and abroad.
  • Johannes Swanepoel, Managing Partner, Standard Model Partners

    Johannes is a Government, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) strategist and technology specialist who has devoted more than a decade of promoting and embedding the principles, framework, and processes as defined by the ISO 31000 standard. He has successfully implemented over 30 GRC systems, and supported management information systems at hundreds of organizations worldwide. Johannes has a BA with specialization in Risk Management from DePaul University, and completed his research degree program at the University of Chicago with a MSc in Threat and Response Management. Johannes serves as Managing Partner at Standard Model where he works daily with his team of GRC subject matter experts to help define and grow the GRC market.

  • James Schonhoff, Project Leader for Enablon Implementation, Cargill

    James Schonhoff works at Cargill Inc. as a Project Leader for Enablon Implementation. With 20 + years of Operations Management experience and 5 year Project Leadership experience, James is responsible for leading the design, deployment and global implementation of Enablon as the standard Incident Reporting / Management system for Cargill, as well as other key applications to replace the multiple existing legacy systems.
  • Haley Mathies , EHS Systems Coordinator , Tallgrass Energy

    Haley Mathies is the EHS Systems Coordinator for Tallgrass Energy in Lakewood, Colo. She specializes in system integration, business analysis, and project management. She has spent the last five years in midstream operations and prior to that focused on transportation engineering. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Denver with a Master’s of Science in Environmental Policy concentrating on sustainability and energy. Haley’s experience tracking pipelines and inspecting facilities as a college intern sparked her interest in midstream operations. On a drilling pad outside of Grand Junction, Colo., she witnessed first-hand the treatment of frac water through electrocoagulation. After furthering her education about environmental practices like electrocoagulation, carbon sequestration, and nitrogen capture, it was clear she was headed toward the EHS side of the oil & gas industry. To Haley, her work is more than just a job, It’s a purpose.
  • David Rose, Group EH&S Technology Systems Manager, Lend Lease

    David works for Lend Lease as a Group EH&S Technology Manager. He has worked the last 22 years for Lend Lease with the last 9 years managing the ICT platforms that support Environment, Health, Safety and Risk. His passions for Safety and working with our global team in his previous role as ICT Product Manager allowed for an easy transition into the Lendlease Group EH&S Team. He currently holds a Diploma of Health & Safety. One of his major achievements was working on the embedment of Enablon platform within Lendlease globally as well as the upgrade to the Lendlease Enablon environment to version 7 this year.
  • David Robbins, Partner, ERM

    David Robbins is a Partner within ERM Information Solutions and has 20 years of experience managing and leading information systems projects. Areas of expertise include environmental management information systems (EMIS), corporate greenhouse gas consulting and in-plant managed services for air, water and waste compliance consulting to corporate clients within for public and private sectors. He has assisted clients in all aspects of EH&S Management Information Systems including business case development. His industry expertise spans oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, power, defense contracting, environmental solutions and utilities.
  • Colleen Webster, P.E, Senior Manager, EHS, Food Safety and Sustainability , Ernst & Young

    Colleen has more than 15 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety, as well as food safety and quality compliance management. She has leveraged her industry and consulting experience to implement IT enabled solutions that drive business processes and operational improvement. She also has experience with non-financial attestations, health and safety compliance, and risk identification and process improvement. She is a leader in the EY food safety and quality service, teaming with multiple service lines to support clients with their management over new Food Safety Moderization Act (FSMA) requirements. Before joining the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, Colleen was with our Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services practice. Prior to EY, she spent eight years as an environmental consultant and three years as an environmental manager at a bulk oil and chemical storage terminal. While in industry, she assessed environmental requirements, addressed reporting obligations, managed environmental air permitting and coordinated company responses to regulatory agency concerns. As a consultant, she supported clients with their implementation of IT solutions, generally focusing on content so that the end solution fit client needs.
  • Carol Singer Neuvelt, Executive Director , NAEM

    Carol Singer Neuvelt is the Executive Director of NAEM, the Premier Association for EHS Management that empowers corporate leaders to advance environmental stewardship, create safe and healthy workplaces, and promote global sustainability. Neuvelt’s long-term perspective and insights into corporate sustainability best practices have been featured in a variety of publications, including The Chicago Tribune, the Bureau of National Affairs, Environmental Leader and NAEM’s Green Tie blog. She is a former White House staffer and served as the Deputy Director for the US EPA Office of Public Liaison under Administrator William Reilly. In addition to her responsibilities for managing the agency’s interaction with external stakeholders, Neuvelt was integral to the creation and implementation of EPA’s national Pollution Prevention Awards program. As Executive Director, she is a member of NAEM’s Board of Directors.
  • Brian Gilbert , Executive Director, Ernst & Young

    Brian is an Executive Director with EY and has more than 25 years of experience with EH&S management. He also has considerable experience from industry including the design, construction, operation and optimization of manufacturing facilities. While in industry, Brian managed corporate environmental functions that provided technical and regulatory support. He was part of several software development teams that designed and implemented software to manage chemical, compliance and operational data. He has assisted companies with software selection and implementation and worked with them to enhance their use of data in analytics, disputes and general reporting. He annually oversees the environmental cost assessment process at over 125 companies and is experienced with environmental costs and various business case analyses. Brian has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor.
  • Brad Wilson, Partner, ERM

    Brad Wilson is a Sr. Principal Consultant within the Sustainable Information Solutions and Specialty Global Businesses group for Environmental Resource Management (ERM). Mr. Wilson has over 20 years of experience providing strategic consulting services to the Environmental, Health & Safety space and he brings 14+ years of experience within EH&S management information systems (EMIS) development. Brad has a long history of developing data management solutions for large companies in multiple industries. His career has anchored around Sustainability and Environmental Data Management and driving value to the corporate bottom line through operational excellence. Specifically, Brad has experience with EHS IT portfolio road map development, EMIS strategic planning, gap analysis, software solution selection, design, implementation and support and sustainment planning.
  • Brad Waldron, President, Air & Waste Management Association

    Brad Waldron is Director, Corporate Risk Management for Caesars Entertainment headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.  His responsibilities include managing operational risk throughout the organization’s 50 plus global properties regarding building operations, acquisitions/divestitures, insurance programs, environmental compliance, crisis planning, emergency response, and the health and safety of guests and employees.  Before making the transition to Caesars, Brad was Vice President of NGE, LLC, an environmental consulting firm based in Pittsburgh, PA where he was responsible for day to day management regarding the company’s strategic direction, projects, business development, and staff. In his free time, Brad devotes a significant amount of time to the Air & Waste Management Association, where he currently serves as their President.  A&WMA is an international nonprofit association focused on information exchange and professional development for environmental professionals.  Membership currently spans 65 countries and over 5,000 individuals.
  • Alisa Dimitroff, Environmental Systems Lead, PepsiCo

    Alisa Dimitroff has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York @ Buffalo and a MS in Industrial Engineering/Occupation Health and Safety from the University of Michigan. She has worked as an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional for over 20 years. Past employment includes General Motors and Motorola, Inc. She currently works on the global capabilities and innovation team at PepsiCo with the primary responsibility of leading a cross-Sector team that is responsible for deploying new modules. PepsiCo currently uses 15 modules (plus the 4 mobile aps), which are deployed in over 2000 locations, representing 60 countries and more than 4000 users.
  • Alan L. Johnson, Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances , 3E Company

    As Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances at 3E Company, Mr. Johnson is responsible for devising and executing 3E’s strategic partnerships and alliances, which play a critical role in 3E’s global business development strategy. Since joining 3E in 2015, he has negotiated partnerships with a wide range of industry leading companies, including Enablon, Intelex, Airsweb, and Dotmatics, increasing 3E’s global footprint through the development of integrated technologies. Mr. Johnson has more than ten years of business development and product management experience in the software industry, spearheading many successful B2B & B2C partnership programs. Prior to joining 3E Company, he held senior business development and product positions with market leading software companies including Turning Technologies, BlueTie Inc. & The NASVF. Mr. Johnson holds a B.A. in Political Science/World Languages & Cultures from Mercyhurst College, a certificate from L’Université Laval in Français Langue Étrangère (FLE), and a dual MBA in Sales & Marketing Management/International Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s E. Phillip Saunders College of Business.
  • Peter S. Bussey, Research Analyst for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), LNS Research

    Pete Bussey joined LNS Research in January, 2016 as lead Research Analyst for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and sustainability management in the industrial sector. He conducts research on industry trends and best practices, and advises EHS business leaders and technology providers in applying those insights in their organizations. Pete has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, consulting and information technology organizations, all focused on EHS management and related operations areas such as R&D, asset management, manufacturing, and supply chain. Before joining LNS Research, Pete headed EHS and sustainability solution marketing at SAP, the global enterprise software company. Pete holds a master’s degree in environment health sciences from Harvard University, a master of public management degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences from Johns Hopkins University.
  • Nick Hayes, Risk and Security Analyst, Forrester

    Nick's research is dedicated to helping risk professionals and other business leaders understand and manage customer-facing risks in order to build more resilient brands. He has extensive knowledge of the security, privacy, archiving, and other compliance challenges of social media, as well as the technical controls used to address them. Nick also presents at leading industry and technology conferences advises clients on a range of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) topics, including corporate culture, training and awareness, and corporate social responsibility. Nick previously spent four years supporting the Security & Risk management team at Forrester and researching GRC, social media, and related organizational themes. He holds a B.A. in government and international politics from Wesleyan University.
  • Glenn Mayer, PE, President, E2 ManageTech

    Glenn Mayer has more than 26 years of experience in environmental consulting and environmental data and compliance management. From design to procurement to implementation — and every stage in between — he has worked extensively with a broad range of clients in the private, municipal and federal sectors, including Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), AT&T Wireless, Conoco Phillips, FedEx, Hawaiian Electric Company (HEC), Metropolitan Water District (MWD) of Los Angeles, the city of San Jose, Toyota and a host of others. Glenn has also served as consultant to numerous pipeline companies for their multi-site implementations, including Arco Pipeline, BP, Pacific Pipeline, Paramount Petroleum and Plains All American Pipeline Company.  Glenn is a Professional Engineer and holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering for University of California Los Angeles.

  • David Metcalfe, CEO and Founding Director, Verdantix

    During the past decade David has spoken at a wide range of global conferences and chaired panel debates across issues such as Carbon Finance, Utility Innovation (World Economic Forum), Green Strategy, the CIO Role In Sustainability and Carbon Software. At the head of Verdantix, over the last 6 years, David’s strategic vision on energy, environment and sustainability has been recognized by clients, media and academics. He leads the Verdantix team to provide a flow of research that helps make our clients successful as they invest in their energy, environment and sustainability strategies. Among other accomplishments, David was previously Senior Vice President at Forrester Research, the NASDAQ-listed technology and business research firm, where he led the EMEA research, consulting and client services teams. He holds an MA from the College of Europe and a PhD from the Harvard Business School.
  • Pascal Gaudé, Executive Vice President, Global Professional Services, Enablon

    Pascal Gaudé has more than 25 years of experience building world class organizations in the software industry. He serves as Executive Vice President of Global Professional Services at Enablon and oversees worldwide project delivery, support and knowledge management.     Marc Vogel has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years. As CTO, he oversees all of Enablon’s research and development activities and supervises the development of technical infrastructures and software. Marc’s experience includes building artificial intelligence software, operating systems and development environment tools. He has worked in the United States and the UK for several years.
