Management of companies’ securities (shares, bonds, warrants, share transfer register, shareholder accounts, etc.), corporate appointments, and statutory agreements; automated dissemination of alerts to board members and shareholders.

Effective monitoring of corporate appointments, operational functions, and compensation (for example, the systems send out alerts when the number of appointments authorized by law is exceeded).

Powerful corporate secretary manages legal schedules, generates attendance sheets and summonses, and manages documentation of minutes, statutes, statutory agreements, and other documents.

User-specific secure information access: the interface enables users to access personalized information. Access rights management ensures board-established confidentiality levels.
