DAN VOGEL, CO-FOUNDER
Dan Vogel is co-founder of Enablon and was its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from when it was founded in 2000 until the acquisition by Wolters Kluwer on July 1st 2016. He managed the company globally and executed its strategy and vision of being the leader in Sustainability Performance Management Software. Dan Vogel has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to Enablon, Dan created and developed several ventures, including the e-Business division of an international banking group and an online trading company.
PHILIPPE TESLER, CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, ENABLON NORTH AMERICA
Philippe Tesler has more than 15 years of experience in the technology, risk and environmental sectors. He’s a co-founder of Enablon where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy and runs the company’s North American operations. Prior to Enablon, Philippe worked in the Environment and Services sector and was head of e-Business projects for a large multinational company.
MARC VOGEL, CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Marc Vogel has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years. As CTO, he oversees all of Enablon’s research and development activities and supervises the development of technical infrastructures and software. Marc’s experience includes building artificial intelligence software, operating systems and development environment tools. He has worked in the United States and the UK for several years.
Chris Joseph, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Chris Joseph has served more than 20 years as COO and CFO in high growth companies. Before joining Enablon, he was CFO of a fast growing, PE-backed enterprise application and cloud services firm and was COO/CFO of an international finance and accounting consultancy that was ranked #1 on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Company list. After beginning his career in private equity, he founded two successful companies in the IT and cloud services space. Chris is an active member of the community and currently serves on multiple corporate and civic boards.
PASCAL GAUDE, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Pascal Gaudé has more than 25 years of experience building world class organizations in the software industry. He serves as Executive Vice President of Global Professional Services at Enablon and oversees worldwide project delivery, support and knowledge management. Prior to Enablon, Gaudé held executive and managing positions at various international firms, where he developed expertise in the finance, manufacturing, service and distribution sectors.
LAURENT PIERRE, GLOBAL ALLIANCE DIRECTOR
Laurent Pierre has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry. As Global Alliance Director at Enablon, Laurent is responsible for managing worldwide partnership activities. Prior to Enablon, Laurent performed business development, alliance and channel management internationally for leading office, business intelligence and enterprise resource planning (ERP) multinational companies.
FRANÇOIS VALLANA, Chief Legal Officer Group & Director of Operations EMEA
François Vallana has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. As Chief Legal Officer for Enablon, he leads all the legal activities globally including the shareholder and board meetings. As Director of Operations he supports the Human Resources, Procurement, Sales and Delivery departments. François started his career within the Legal departments of large French public bodies and then joined the Legal team of a large European group.

Pierre Rodocanachi, Member of Enablon Board of Directors
Pierre Rodocanachi is a retired senior vice president and Director of Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the world’s premier management consulting firms, where he was the managing officer of the south Europe region. In 2002, Pierre created an independent advisory structure, MP Conseil, to provide strategic financial guidance to family groups operating large industrial or service companies. Pierre currently serves as a director on the board of several multinational companies, including Vivendi where he is a Non-Voting Director.
Jean-Pierre Durant des Aulnois
Jean-Pierre Durant des Aulnois spent 10 years with strategy and IT consulting firms in Europe and the US, before serving as CTO of a large French insurance company. He subsequently served over 20 years in the Capgemini group where he held several senior corporate positions including Group General Secretary, and a number of operational positions, mostly in the Consulting division. He subsequently made and manages personal investments in several technology companies.
Rob Genieser, Member of Enablon Board of Directors
Rob is a Managing Partner at the Environmental Technologies Fund since early 2010. Prior to joining ETF, Rob was a Managing Partner at Vertex, one of the oldest and most prestigious investment firms out of Asia, where he led its European and North American investment activities for 8 years. Before that, Rob was a Managing Director of JP Morgan (and Hambrecht & Quist), focusing on advising high-tech growth companies globally. Earlier in his career, Rob was a management consultant for Bain & Co. in San Francisco, where he focused on the telecommunications industry.
Pete Daffern is the CEO of Answers Cloud Services (an private APAX funded company). Before this, he was the President of EMEA, and Executive Vice President of Verticals at NetSuite, where he had been working since December 2012. He was previously the President and CEO of Clairmail from 2009 to 2012 and President and CEO of Purisma from 2006 to 2009. He is currently on the board of Amplience, SyncHR, ReeVoo, a Venture Partner with Octopus Ventures and an Operating Partner with HG Capital.
